Here's another card we made at class last week using the Label Card Thinlits die. I've cased this card but can't, for the life of me, remember who from. My humble apologies if it was you.
It was the first time I'd used the framelits dies, so was pleasantly surprised to find that they're so easy to use. And, they look cute to boot!
Stamps: Sassy Salutations
Card: Coastal Cabana, Whisper White, Soft Suede
Designer Paper: Fresh Prints Designer Series Pack (OC)
Ink: Soft Suede
Tools: Big Shot, Label Thinlits Die, Perfect Polka Dot EF, Petite Petals Punch, Blossom Punch, Bitty Butterfly Punch, Festive Paper Piercing Pack, Paper Piercing Tool

It's been a very cold and wet weekend, which makes it perfect for crafting. I've not done any crafting but have been behind the scenes getting ready for my catalogue launch which is in July. The date is TBA but keep an eye out for all the details coming soon.
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!

Final Days for the Retiring Lists and Clearance Rack update!
Just wanted to let you know that there are only 4 days left for the 2013-14 retiring lists! After 30 June, products will be gone for good!
Click HERE for the list of stamps that are retiring. This list includes the hostess stamp sets which you may have had your eye on.

I hope you're keeping dry and warm. The weather is terrible out there - we've had thunder and lightning and the temperature has dropped. I hope it doesn't hinder your weekend!

Hip Hip Hooray Designer Card Kit
Here are two more cute cards that I made from the Hip Hip Hooray card kit. This kit is carrying over to the new catalogue and will be joined by another two card kits. They're perfect for all levels of stampers from beginners up to experienced. And, very reasonably priced to boot :-)
This is short and sweet, but I have to run for now. Thanks for stopping by and have a great night!

Stampin' Up! Flip Flop Card
I'm super happy that the thinlits dies aren't retiring, especially since I've only just got mine out of their packets. I've been the proud owner since they were first released, but sometimes there isn't enough hours in the day to try everything out.
We made this adorable card at my class yesterday. I cased it from Robyn Feicht and it uses the retired stamp set The Best of Snow. Isn't the hedgehog and snowman too cute?! This flip flop card is extended and if you want to know how to do that, click HERE.
Did you notice the envelope in the background? We made a liner to coordinate with the card which just finishes it off.
We don't have snow here in New Zealand at Christmas time but for some bizarre reason, I always associate snow with Christmas.

Items with a X beside them are no longer available.
I am stunned that one of my all time favourite stamps En Francais is retiring. It's such a great background stamp and is my 'go to' stamp. Unfortunately, the wood version of this stamp has already sold out. The clear one is still available, but I wouldn't imagine that will be available for too much longer either.
Here's some projects that have used En Francais:
If you want to order your set - email me today, so you don't miss out.
Thanks for checking in with me today and I'll see you back here soon.

Regarding Dahlias
Here's a gateway fold card using the lovely set Regarding Dahlias. Fortunately, this is one set that isn't retiring. I'm happy about that, because have only recently discovered it. However, the embossing folder Flower Garden that you see on the left of the card, will no longer be available after 30 June, because it's retiring. If you have had your eye on it, you better order it quickly or it will be gone forever.
Sally Williams showed me this card and I love it! Thanks so much Sally. I also taught it at a class I held last month and the ladies there loved it as much as I did.
Stamp set: Regarding Dahlias, Four You
Card Stock: Basic Black, Whisper White, Pool Party
Ink: Versamark, Basic Black
Accessories: Basic Pearls, Pool Party Embossing Powder
Tools: Heat Tool, Big Shot, Flower Garden Embossing Folder (retiring)
Hope you've had a great week despite the cold, wet weather. I think you'd agree that it's perfect weather for crafting :-)

Stampin' Up! Hip Hip Hooray Designer Card Kit
This lovely kit has been sitting in my craft room for quite some time. I've just spent the last five days in the Pacific Islands with work and decided to take it with me as I had some down time. Sometimes the weather can be a bit murky in Tonga, and because our hotel is a 30 minute drive from the township, it's always a compulsory rest for me. It worked out perfectly and I was able to make 8 cards from the kit - although there is enough supplies to make 20 cards. Once you've finished you've still got the ink pad and stamps left for other projects. What a great idea!
Most of the cards I made are Thank You cards and in my opinion you can never have enough.
The kit contains everything necessary (minus scissors) to create 20 beautiful cards and it also makes the perfect gift for that creative someone - you or someone you know! As you can see from above, there are two types of card bases that you have to choose from. You're given adhesive backed die cuts, bakers twine, paper clips, 3 stamps, a clear block, dimensionals and envelopes to enhance your cards. I've copied a few from the samples given in the pack and also created a few of my own. It's so easy and very reasonably priced at $38.90 (plus 5% shipping). Click HERE for more information and to download the flyer.
Have a happy weekend everyone!
