We had a lovely group of ladies join us yesterday for our second WOW PaperKRafters event in West Harbour. It was a very humid and sticky day but everyone lasted the distance and completed the four projects. I taught the Springy Thing (couldn't come up with a better name for it) and although it looked a bit daunting, everyone finished it within the time frame and did an awesome job. Well done ladies!! I can't remember how I came across the instructions to make it so unfortunately I can't give credit to the designer. I've made quite a few over the years embellishing it for different occasions. Here's a photo of what we made yesterday when it is closed.
And, here's what it looks like when you pull the opposite corners and open it up. It could be used for invitations or an occasion of your choice by changing the embellishments.
